Essay Writing: Structure, Evidence & Strong Opinions (Grades 6-12)

4 Week Course
Your child will learn the pieces of an essay, how to connect them, how to make a strong thesis, create a strong conclusion, and how to expand the essay with citations/source material.
Your child will walk away with an academically ready, completed essay.
All courses are held on Zoom.
Teaching/Educational Credentials:
Khàli LaBré is a Certified Florida Teacher, Online Tutor, and Teacher (ESL) since 2019. She has taught high school English, Biology, and Environmental Science. She holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University and a B.A. in English: Technical Writing, Rhetoric & Technology from the University of South Florida. She also has a Graduate Certificate for Teaching Writing Online from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a member of various associations, including The Thespian Honor Society and the Editorial Freelancers Association.
